The quality is excellent and it looks great in our flat. Only thing is the packaging was slightly dented on arrival, though the item itself was fine. Customer service replied within the hour.

The quality is fine but the size was smaller than I pictured. Returns were easy though, and the refund came through in three days, so no complaints about the process.

Bought this for my sister's housewarming and she messaged me a photo of it within an hour of it arriving. Well packed, nice note included.

Sturdy and well finished. I'd have liked one more colour option, but the one I chose works well with everything else in the room.
