Tara armchair

The Tara is the chair people end up in when they come over. The seat sits lower than a dining chair, the back is angled just enough to read for an hour, and the arms are narrow so it fits through Dhaka apartment doors. The frame is solid rain tree from Chattogram, joined with mortise and tenon rather than screws, and the cushions unzip for cleaning or re-covering.
