রিটার্ন: Fourteen days from delivery for unused items in original packaging. বিস্তারিত
Pothik means traveller. A plain black daypack with no logos, a laptop sleeve that fits 15 inches, a hidden back pocket for a passport, and a base that stands up on its own. The fabric shrugs off Dhaka rain.
Fourteen days from delivery for unused items in original packaging. We collect from inside Dhaka at no charge. Refunds go back to the original payment method within five working days of collection.

The quality is fine but the size was smaller than I pictured. Returns were easy though, and the refund came through in three days, so no complaints about the process.

Bought this for my sister's housewarming and she messaged me a photo of it within an hour of it arriving. Well packed, nice note included.

Everything about it is considered. I've had it for three months now and it still looks new. Kutir clearly cares about what they stock.
